1. Provider and Scope

The provider is Inet Solutions e.U., Leystraße 159/2.14, 1020 Wien, Austria (hereinafter the “Provider”). These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the TankRoute apps for iOS and Android in the free version (Free) as well as to the paid subscriptions (Pro monthly, Pro annual).

2. Free Version

The Free version is free of charge and includes real-time prices, map, garage, mileage tracking as well as the platform-specific integrations (e.g. Dynamic Island and Apple Watch on iOS, widgets on Android). No time limit.

3. Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is available as a monthly and an annual subscription with automatic renewal. The prices applicable at the time are displayed before purchase in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.

Purchase, billing and management are handled exclusively via the respective store:

The subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry. It can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content that is provided immediately, you consent with the purchase to the immediate provision and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal thereby lapses. You can cancel the subscription at any time for the following period. Refunds are governed by the policies of Apple or Google.

5. Liability

Price information may differ from the actual prices at the pump. The Provider is not liable for financial disadvantages caused by incorrect or outdated data. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — Vienna, Austria. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
